The cloud structures are made with balloons, which look like pearls, so that makes them a beautiful complement to an elegant garden or courtyard theme, and their slightly whimsical look also makes them ideal for more casual themes. The kit includes 11" latex crystal clear balloons, iridescent glitter flakes, a white cardboard disk "moon" and materials needed for hanging. Cloud size will depend on assembly. A balloon inflator is recommended but not included. Assembly required.
