Belle Balloon Clusters Kit

This Belle Balloon Clusters Kit makes it easy to use balloons to create fun balloon decorations for your floor or to hang from the ceiling. The kit includes 250 white 11" latex balloons, hanging thread, and instructions to create balloon clusters of various sizes. Attach several balloons together in clusters to display your floor, string them on the thread in a line to adorn a wall, or design extra large balloon "clouds" to hang from the ceiling. A balloon inflator (not included) is recommended for easy balloon inflation.
