Tulle Streamer - Black

This smaller size roll of tulle makes it easy to work with for any school event. The unique Black Decorative Tulle comes on a 6" x 25 yard roll and can be used in numerous ways for everything from your Homecoming dance to Prom to graduation ceremonies. Twist the tulle "streamer" (like crepe) and drape it across your room and around doors, or wind it in and out of railings.
